Specialist Product Operations

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist Product Operations to join its Client and Product Support (CAPS) team. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external users of a suite of Information Services products, ensuring inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and general support via phone and email to customers across all regions.
• Drive engagement and usage of products such as PortfolioAnalytics, Location Services, Merchant Identifier, Local Market Intelligence, and Global Collections Only.
• Conduct training sessions and record webinars to educate users and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Resolve complex issues by collaborating with support and development teams.
• Develop frameworks and tactics to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Identify creative solutions and prioritize implementation based on business needs.
