Senior Specialist – Global Product Management (Commercialization & Pricing)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Operational Intelligence Global Product Management team. You will support commercialization and pricing strategy for OI products, driving data‑driven insights that optimize revenue and market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercialization and go‑to‑market strategy for Operational Intelligence products, focusing on pricing effectiveness and revenue optimization.
• Conduct quantitative analysis for pricing strategy development, including price modeling, revenue analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Synthesize customer data, usage trends, and commercial inputs to identify expansion opportunities.
• Assist product enablement efforts to increase penetration, retention, and customer value.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align analysis with commercial objectives.
• Lead or contribute to analytical initiatives such as customer segmentation, market analysis, pricing assessments, and business case development.
• Provide data‑backed insights for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate analytical findings and business implications to diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, commercialization, or pricing strategy within a data‑intensive environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, sales, finance, and marketing functions.
