About the role

Invesco is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to accelerate strategic priorities for its Digital Tools & Services Engineering team. You will work on a proprietary suite of client‑facing tools, shaping architecture, APIs, UX and CI/CD pipelines in a fast‑moving, Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and ReactJS.
Build and evolve RESTful APIs, micro‑services, and event‑driven components.
Implement cloud solutions on AWS (S3, RDS/DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM).
Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to deliver client‑centric features.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

6+ years of backend software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
Extensive experience building RESTful APIs (JSON, HTTP, OAuth, JWT).
Solid understanding of micro‑services architecture.
Hands‑on experience with AWS services and both relational and NoSQL databases.
Front‑end development experience with ReactJS.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and mentor teammates.
