Senior Executive – Vendor Reconciliation & GST Compliance

About the role

The Senior Executive will oversee vendor reconciliation, GST compliance and vendor account management for Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited. Working closely with vendors, sourcing teams and internal stakeholders, the role ensures accurate financial records and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic reconciliation of domestic vendor accounts.
• Obtain No Due Certificates (NDC) from A‑Class, B‑Class and C‑Class vendors as per defined frequency.
• Address and resolve vendor queries related to invoices, payments and GST matters.
• Conduct GST reconciliation for vendors without filed returns and raise debit notes where applicable.
• Calculate Schedule of Rates (SOR) pay‑outs and generate ad‑hoc and periodic reports.
• Maintain the Cost Reduction Project Tracker, analyse price movements and highlight potential savings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vendor reconciliation and GST compliance.
• Strong understanding of vendor account management and cost optimisation processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
