Senior Executive – Packaging Operations

About the role

The Senior Executive will lead the packaging operations of the CPD First Floor (Block F) within a pharmaceutical environment. The role ensures compliance with GMP standards, meets delivery schedules, and drives continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review executed BPR and maintain equipment logbooks, monitoring and housekeeping records.
• Supervise and control packing activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Allocate work to operators and workers according to the packing plan.
• Provide training on cGMP, GDP, SOPs and machine operation to minimise rejections.
• Manage LMS‑based training and generate documents via EDMS.
• Create and process SAP HANA transactions such as Process Orders, Packing Lists and labels.
• Print and verify Cold‑room and BMS system outputs.
• Prepare departmental SOPs, MBPR and qualification protocols.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• B.Pharm degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging or related operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of BPR, GMP, cGMP and GDP.
• Experience with SOP development and implementation.
• Proficiency in LMS and EDMS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA for order and label generation.
• Familiarity with Cold‑room and BMS system checks.
