Senior Director - Commerce

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Director – Commerce to lead the integration and execution of media‑commerce campaigns across its global operations. Based in the Global Operations Centre, you will collaborate with teams in the United States, Europe and Asia to drive high‑impact e‑commerce solutions for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integration of media‑commerce campaigns with overall digital campaign planning and execution.
• Execute and track performance of all media‑commerce initiatives across search, display, DSP and off‑platform performance marketing channels.
• Lead evangelisation of e‑commerce opportunities within client media plans and champion early adoption across internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage industry connections and data sources to achieve e‑commerce targets for clients.
• Oversee performance marketing and brand media campaigns on major e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon, Google, and Facebook.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the e‑commerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, e‑grocers and hyper‑local platforms.
• Proven experience managing performance‑marketing and brand‑media campaigns on leading e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics and their impact on e‑commerce business strategy.
• Ability to operate in a multicultural, cross‑regional environment.
