Sales Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Coordinator – Hospitality supports the sales and project execution teams by overseeing hospitality lighting projects across India. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders, from issuance to delivery, and maintain an up‑to‑date PO database.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal dispatch teams to monitor goods movement and resolve delivery issues.
• Track Bill of Quantities (BOQ) submissions with the Lighting Product and Sales teams, ensuring timely client delivery and maintaining a BOQ tracker.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on project progress, PO status, delivery, and BOQ approvals.
• Update and maintain lighting sales data and project reference records.
• Prepare accurate lighting quotations based on client requirements and BOQs using internal systems.
• Benchmark lighting products against competitors to recommend optimal selections based on specifications, quality, and cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales coordination, ideally within hospitality, lighting or building‑solutions industries.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and strong relationship‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
