Sales & Application Engineer – Compact Hydraulic Products

About the role

The role focuses on selling and applying Bosch Rexroth's compact hydraulic (DC) products to assigned industrial customers. You will build strong relationships across multiple functions and drive business growth through technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and business development for DC (Compact Hydraulic) products for allocated customers.
• Develop relationships at C‑level, purchasing, operations, production, maintenance, and engineering.
• Create customer strategies in coordination with sales group leaders and technology experts.
• Present technology solutions that meet customer needs and value propositions.
• Coordinate activities with regional ADM teams when customers have multiple sites.
• Achieve sales targets and required margin for the assigned portfolio.
• Increase market share by selecting optimal technology for each customer.
• Conduct customer potential analysis, competition analysis, and monitor market trends.
• Prepare annual customer development plans, maintain accurate CRM data, and manage pipeline and credit documentation.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (essential); MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial sales with strong business communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technology experts, sales managers, and other functions.
