Power Programmer – .NET/C# Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a passionate Power Programmer to join its AI‑focused development team. You will work on cutting‑edge Generative AI projects, leveraging .NET, C#, and cloud technologies to shape the future of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain .NET applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Create and manage infrastructure as code using YAML and Docker containers.
• Provide technical leadership across development squads, ensuring design reusability, performance, and best‑practice implementation.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks.
• Monitor, tune, and optimise the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root‑cause analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including frontend developers, to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Review technical deliverables and mentor team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with .NET, C#, and ADO.
• Proven experience designing and architecting .NET applications.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
• Experience working with YAML, Docker, and AWS services (including AWS Lambda).
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
