OCM Communications Specialist - Business Modernization Program

About the role

Moog’s Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for an OCM Communications Specialist to partner with the HR Director and senior leadership in shaping and delivering internal communications for a global workforce of roughly 2,500 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group’s internal communications strategy, continuously improving plans and channels.
• Create, write, edit, and distribute clear communications that translate complex business initiatives for all employee levels.
• Support the Group President and senior leaders with written and verbal messaging, including presentations.
• Manage the CAG newsletter from content sourcing to regular publication.
• Oversee CAG website content, collaborating with IT and leaders to ensure relevance and functionality.
• Communicate key milestones, year‑end achievements and fiscal results to keep employees informed.
• Partner with HR on employee listening initiatives such as surveys and polls, analyze results and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to communication methods and channels.
• Align with the enterprise Communications COE to leverage company‑wide strategies and digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in marketing, PR or communications with internal communications responsibility.
• Strong writer and editor who can adapt tone across channels and proofread carefully.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders to refine and elevate messaging.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Skilled at researching and sourcing meaningful content for employees and leaders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain global communication initiatives.
