Manager, Business Process Improvement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Business Process Improvement to lead the design and execution of operational strategies that drive quality, efficiency, and scale across its Services portfolio. You will work within the Services Strategy & Operations team to identify automation opportunities, build a comprehensive process repository, and partner with engineering and business leaders to deliver sustainable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize analyses to inform business outcomes and drive process optimization.
• Develop and maintain a detailed process repository and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules, and stability of project‑oriented work efforts.
• Create detailed project plans and ensure execution within budget and capacity constraints.
• Partner with business leaders to translate optimization needs into documented objectives.
• Collaborate with solution experts and engineering to integrate low‑code solutions within the broader technology architecture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering cross‑functional, large‑scale projects.
• Comfortable working remotely with global teams.
• Working knowledge of process design tools and BPMN standards.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management capabilities.
