Management Associate – Production OSD

About the role

The Management Associate – Production OSD will support manufacturing operations by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining equipment, and executing batch processes under supervision. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering who are eager to develop expertise in pharmaceutical production.

Key responsibilities

• Follow cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EHS requirements in all activities.
• Execute manufacturing and processing of assigned product batches according to the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
• Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment and accessories following SOPs.
• Perform in‑process checks, record results, and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and instruments.
• Conduct line‑clearance activities during batch‑to‑batch and product‑to‑product changeovers.
• Handle granulation equipment such as sifters, RMG, FBD and co‑mills.
• Troubleshoot granulation‑related machine and process issues as needed.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Vocational Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated competencies in strategic agility, innovation, customer centricity, talent development, result orientation, process excellence, collaboration and stakeholder management.
