M365 Copilot Agent Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled M365 Copilot Agent Developer to design, build and deploy intelligent agents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from major Indian tech hubs while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy M365 Copilot agents that enhance enterprise productivity.
• Develop enterprise web applications using Node.js, SQL, and ReactJS.
• Integrate solutions with Power Platform and various REST APIs.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant on Azure.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of development experience or 8–12 years for a lead role.
• Strong hands‑on coding expertise in Node.js, ReactJS, and SQL.
• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and the Copilot SDK.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
