Loss Prevention Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Associate to safeguard guests, employees and assets at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi. The role involves proactive patrolling, monitoring security systems and responding to incidents to ensure a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies and defuse disturbances.
• Prepare incident reports, shift summaries and loss‑prevention activity logs.
• Escort unwelcome persons, report vehicle accidents/thefts and call for assistance using proper codes.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security reports and conduct investigations, evidence gathering and interviews.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and support guest service standards.

Required profile

• Full‑time, non‑management position.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided (75 lb with assistance).
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and security procedures.
• Capability to read small print and visually inspect equipment for defects.
