Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Production Quality

About the role

The Lead Manufacturing Specialist – Production Quality is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process. This position operates with a degree of autonomy while adhering to standard functional practices and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee both quality assurance and quality control activities for products, services, and manufacturing processes.
• Manage incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points to guarantee conformance.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of the manufacturing discipline and apply it to execute company policies and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business drivers and integrate quality activities across the organization.
• Provide informal guidance and mentorship to new team members and, when needed, assist in hiring and talent development.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in manufacturing and production quality, comparable to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑analysis and resolution skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute quality programs.
• Established project‑management capabilities.
