Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned guest rooms and public spaces.
• Follow established hygiene and safety standards while handling cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the appropriate department promptly.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with guests, responding to requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
