Executive - Private Label Management

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven NPD professional to own end‑to‑end product development for Purplle’s Private Label portfolio. You will turn concepts into market‑ready products, ensuring speed, quality, and consumer appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with R&D and external vendors to finalize formulations that meet cost briefs and product claims.
• Select, validate, and test primary & secondary packaging, conduct filled checks and transit trials.
• Draft on‑pack claims, perform legal checks, and prepare artwork files for costing and production.
• Evaluate formulation and packaging costs, drive internal approvals, and generate EAN codes and SKUs.
• Oversee multi‑batch production, ensure quality consistency, and manage stock‑inwarding at warehouses.
• Lead go‑live on the Purplle app, monitor post‑launch performance, and maintain ≥4.2‑star consumer ratings.

• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for even minor artwork shifts.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and can juggle multiple launches.
• Structured yet creative, self‑starter who moves projects forward without prompting.
• Clear communicator of numbers, timelines, and packaging copy.
