Director of Product Management, Data & AI Platform

About the role

Mastercard is building a cloud‑native data platform that will power next‑generation, data‑driven solutions. As Director of Product Management for the Data and AI Platform, you will shape the vision, strategy, and execution of two critical domains, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and long‑term roadmap for data ingestion, network/IAM/KMS, compute provisioning, SLAs, partner enablement, and AI/ML tooling integration.
• Align platform strategy with Mastercard’s enterprise goals by collaborating with engineering, operations, and product stakeholders.
• Champion modern data architecture principles such as data lakes, warehouses, and data meshes.
• Lead requirement workshops and technical discussions with engineering counterparts and external partners (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).

Required profile

• 8+ years of product leadership experience in Data & AI within large, matrixed enterprises.
• Proven track record of delivering cloud‑native platforms at scale.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
