Creative Designer – AI, Figma & Blender

About the role

DQ Labs is seeking a curious and creative Designer to contribute to a confidential, AI‑driven design project. The role blends visual design, 3D prototyping, and mentorship, offering a unique chance to experiment with emerging tools while supporting student learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, prototypes, and 3D visuals using Figma, Blender and AI‑based tools.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies for ideation, visualization, and content creation.
• Mentor students in design software, creative thinking, and AI workflows.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and hands‑on sessions for DQ Labs’ design education programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative assignments and student learning experiences.

Required profile

• Graduates with B.Des, B.Arch, BFA or Vocational Visual Arts qualification.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in AI‑driven design and willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.
• Good design sense, curiosity and a desire to grow professionally.
