About the role
Join a dynamic kitchen team at an Accor‑affiliated hotel where you will lead the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes that delight guests. As Chef de Cuisine, you will ensure high culinary standards while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain consistency and quality across à la carte and buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.
- Share ideas and suggestions to continuously improve menu offerings and kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Gather and act on guest feedback to enhance the dining experience.
Required profile
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong teamwork orientation and collaborative mindset.
- Relevant culinary diplomas or certifications as required.
