Cabin Crew – Imphal (Invite Only)

About the role

Join Akasa Air as a Cabin Crew member based in Imphal. You will be responsible for delivering a safe, comfortable and memorable flight experience for all passengers while representing the airline’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all Government, DGCA and company SOPs and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulations.
• Ensure passenger safety, security and comfort throughout the flight, including assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors and families with infants.
• Conduct inflight sales, promote ancillary products and strive to increase revenue.
• Maintain personal grooming standards and present a professional image on duty and during layovers.
• Handle pre‑flight and post‑flight duties, including galley handover, stock checks and cabin cleanliness.
• Make required announcements, monitor cabin conditions and report any discrepancies to the In‑flight Manager.
• Coordinate effectively with cockpit crew and ground services using CRM procedures.
• Safeguard company equipment, catering supplies and ensure on‑time performance.

Required profile

• Valid cabin crew certifications and regulatory training documents.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a high level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work in a team, maintain discipline and adhere to the cabin crew code of conduct.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
