Bank Teller – Customer Service & Cash Management

About the role

The Teller position at Capital Small Finance Bank in Dausa is a full‑time, on‑site role focused on delivering accurate cash handling and high‑quality customer service. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers with everyday banking transactions while upholding the bank’s standards of trust and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain precise transaction records and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and anti‑fraud procedures.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and cash management.
