Airline Ticketing Specialist (Rotational Shifts)

About the role

Etraveli Group is looking for an experienced Airline Ticketing Specialist to join its travel operations team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for managing ticketing queues, issuing tickets, fulfilling EMDs, and interpreting complex fare rules while supporting a 24/7 operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ticketing queues and process new ticket issuances.
• Fulfill Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD) as required.
• Interpret and apply airline fare rules for reissues and refunds.
• Report errors and liaise with airlines and service providers.
• Work rotational shifts, primarily afternoons and nights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS platform (Amadeus or Sabre).
• Undergraduate diploma or higher (10+2).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
