Warehouse Assistant Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Associate to support the movement of materials and finished goods within our manufacturing plant. The role ensures timely, accurate handling of inventory while adhering to safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts and power trucks to move inventory.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, and documentation procedures for all material movements.
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate records in a computerized inventory system and support audits.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts, communicating proactively.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and act on written and verbal instructions.
• Proactive communication skills and ability to work under moderate supervision.

Required skills

• Operation of motorized forklifts.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio, SharePoint.
• Documentation of inventory movements using a computerized system.
