Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Travel Consultant you will manage end‑to‑end travel requirements for customers, including flight bookings, visa assistance, and basic holiday planning. You will work directly with travelers to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa documentation and processing.
• Manage flight ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support customers with holiday packages, including itinerary planning and basic costing.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the travel journey.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a travel agency.
• Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus or Galileo.
• Basic understanding of visa procedures and international travel regulations.
• Familiarity with domestic and international holiday packages.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
