Specialist, Product Operations

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Specialist in Product Operations to join the Client and Product Support (CAPS) team. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries about a portfolio of Information Services products are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and general support via phone and email for Mastercard’s Information Services suite, including Acquirer Intelligence Center, Location Services, Merchant Identifier, Local Market Intelligence, and Global Collections Only.
• Drive customer engagement and product usage, helping clients understand features and derive actionable insights.
• Resolve problems of varying complexity while meeting or exceeding aggressive Service Level Agreements.
• Collaborate with other Mastercard service organizations to ensure seamless support across regions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
