Senior ServiceNow Developer – Dashboard & Analytics

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the Audit & Risk Squad within the LCAR Technology team. You will design, build, and enhance ServiceNow dashboards, widgets, and reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights for risk and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow dashboards, widgets, and advanced reporting solutions.
• Implement analytics to track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other operational metrics.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for large data sets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics components.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer, especially in dashboard and reporting development.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with stakeholders to define data‑driven solutions.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external data sources.
