Senior ERP Business Analyst – Sr. Associate III

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ERP Business Analyst to translate high‑level designs and business requirements into robust system solutions. The role involves implementing solutions that align with architectural standards while meeting quality, performance, and security criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business processes and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Develop system designs that trace back to functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Ensure designs follow the architectural roadmap and global template philosophy.
• Conduct scoping, fit‑gap workshops, propose solutions, and provide effort estimates.
• Deliver projects within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Peer‑review solutions, document formally, and obtain business sign‑off.
• Initiate solution testing to meet quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with security and governance policies.
• Provide governance and maintenance for the global Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) SAP template.
• Support the Application Maintenance Services (AMS) team on production incidents and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT/business consultancy and SAP implementation.
• Deep knowledge of ERP processes, especially Invoice‑to‑Cash, Accounts Receivable, and cash application.
• Proven experience rolling out templates and supporting production environments.
• Ability to work with global IT stakeholders and process owners.
