Senior BizOps Engineer

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior BizOps Engineer to lead the DevOps transformation across its platform. The role focuses on solving customer‑impacting problems, automating manual processes, and ensuring production readiness through close collaboration with development, quality, release, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles with a strong emphasis on automation and CI/CD.
• Drive DevOps transformation, eliminate toil, and implement tooling that streamlines release and operational workflows.
• Partner with developers to design, build, and support technology services that meet production readiness standards.
• Lead triage activities, identify root causes, and mitigate risks to improve customer experience.
• Standardize support processes, centralize interaction points, and ensure compliance across all environments.
