Roll Forming Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our Jabalpur facility. The operator will set up, run and monitor roll forming equipment to produce components for solar structures, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor roll forming machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment adjustments.
• Conduct quality control checks on produced components.
• Use hand tools to calibrate and fine-tune machines.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and standards.
• Meet production targets efficiently.
• Prepare accurate operational and production reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating roll forming machinery.
• Knowledge of quality control practices in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with machinery maintenance and adjustments.
• Proficiency in safe use of hand tools and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Experience in steel or solar structure manufacturing is a plus.
