Quality Control Executive

About the role

Imerys is seeking a Quality Control Executive to ensure that incoming, in‑process, and finished goods meet the company’s high quality standards. The role involves laboratory work, visual inspections, and coordination with production teams to maintain product compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in‑process items, and finished products.
• Prepare experimental design samples by mixing test batches in the laboratory.
• Release materials after evaluating test results and visual inspections, determining shippable versus non‑shippable status.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and report any shortages to the manager.
• Record, analyze, and report inspection outcomes to senior management.
• Investigate quality issues promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist with internal quality audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate quality concerns to relevant supervisors and managers.

Required profile

• Diploma in ceramics engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the mineral processing industry.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on a permanent basis.
