Program Manager – Academic Operations

About the role

The Program Manager at NIAT leads the execution of on‑campus academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination of classes, labs, assessments and student activities. You will work closely with mentors, operations teams and industry partners to deliver a high‑impact learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day campus operations, aligning classes, labs and events with the academic calendar.
• Partner with student success teams to monitor progress, intervene with at‑risk learners and resolve issues.
• Drive student engagement by monitoring classroom quality, gathering feedback and leading community events.
• Collaborate with placement and training teams to organize workshops, mock interviews and industry networking.
• Maintain accurate performance dashboards and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience managing fast‑paced operational environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
