Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – Business Administration

About the role

Saintgits Institute of Management is seeking full‑time faculty for its Department of Business Administration in Kottayam. The positions include Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, each responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching, supervising research and mentoring students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, seminars and workshops.
• Supervise research projects, guide Ph.D. and postgraduate theses.
• Mentor students on academic and career development.
• Contribute to the institute’s research agenda through publications in indexed journals.
• Participate in academic conferences and scholarly activities.
• Support curriculum development and integrate industry insights into coursework.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance practical learning.

Required profile

• Professor: Ph.D. from a nationally reputed university and a record of research publications in indexed journals.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. with strong academic standing (university rank) or an excellent portfolio in the specialization.
• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. holder or MBA graduate from a reputed institute with relevant experience and a strong portfolio.
• Professor/Associate Professor of Practice: Industry or research professional with at least 15 years of distinguished experience.
• All candidates must meet UGC/AICTE eligibility guidelines.
