About the role

This role is a core part of Swiggy's Growth Marketing team, focused on scaling user growth, retention and revenue for the food delivery platform across India. You will build and optimise a best‑in‑class growth engine, driving adoption and delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Food Growth Strategy: Own the end‑to‑end growth funnel for food, from new user acquisition to increasing order frequency and cross‑category adoption.
  • In‑App Cross‑Pollination: Leverage Swiggy’s ecosystem to create strategies that encourage multi‑vertical usage and improve retention.
  • Hyperlocal Campaigns: Design and execute geo‑specific marketing initiatives targeting high‑potential regions.
  • Experimentation and Scaling: Run A/B tests and pilot projects, then scale successful experiments across geographies.
  • Performance Marketing: Plan and run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic networks, optimising ROAS, CPC and conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Measurement: Use AppsFlyer, Google Analytics and internal dashboards to track performance and conduct lift studies.
  • Creative Excellence: Partner with creative teams to produce ad assets that resonate with diverse user segments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, analytics and operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

  • Growth mindset with a strong bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in rapid‑commerce or e‑commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing hyperlocal campaigns and understanding of rapid‑commerce dynamics.
  • Data‑driven thinker comfortable designing A/B tests and extracting insights.
  • 3+ years in growth or digital marketing roles.
