Operations Expert – Retail Inventory

About the role

As an Operations Expert in Apple Retail you will ensure inventory accuracy and support the store’s sales performance. You will mentor the Operations team, manage inventory flows and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, count, return and ship inventory in line with Apple’s Retail Inventory processes.
• Fulfil product requests from runners and deliver items to customers and team members.
• Support Operations Specialists by sharing knowledge of inventory procedures.
• Promote inventory performance awareness across the store and provide data for leadership decisions.
• Monitor inventory records, including non‑sellable items, to ensure accuracy and identify variance trends.
• Assist with customer‑facing activities and other store tasks as needed.
• Foster an inclusive environment and uphold Apple’s values of diversity and accessibility.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends and public holidays, with reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry products throughout the store.
• Retail or sales experience, or related work background.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Customer‑focused mindset, self‑starter attitude and strong organisational skills.
• Team player who demonstrates accountability and effective communication.
