Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee the commercial spare‑parts function for cult.sport, ensuring smooth inventory flow, timely equipment replacements, and accurate credit‑note processing. This position works closely with internal teams such as category, sales, manufacturing, projects, vendors and the ground team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stock levels of commercial spare parts and manage re‑ordering processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and vendors to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Handle free‑of‑cost (FOC) and chargeable spare‑part distribution, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Manage equipment replacement requests, documentation and facilitate swaps.
• Claim free spare parts and equipment from manufacturers when applicable.
• Provide regular updates and reports on spare‑part status, equipment replacements and credit‑note claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in spare‑parts management, inventory control or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
