Node.js Developer & DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled professional who can combine backend development with DevOps practices to build, deploy, and maintain high‑performance services. The role focuses on creating robust Node.js APIs and automating the delivery pipeline to ensure reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Containerize applications and support repeatable, reliable release strategies.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define deployment standards and environment configurations.
• Improve system reliability through automation, best‑practice infrastructure, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce quality standards, and promote secure coding and DevOps practices.

Required profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in backend development and/or DevOps with hands‑on delivery ownership.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js with experience building production‑grade services/APIs.
• Working knowledge of DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD, automation, and deployment practices.
• Experience with Linux environments, version control (Git), and troubleshooting distributed systems.
