Lead DevOps SRE (Architect) – Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for a senior DevOps SRE leader to drive reliability, scalability and performance of our systems. The role works across development, operations and security to automate, monitor and improve infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Ensure high availability, scalability and reliability of production systems.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and GCP and optimise resource utilisation.
• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Drive incident management and root‑cause analysis for production issues.
• Ensure security compliance and implement system hardening practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations and site reliability engineering.
• Strong Linux/Unix systems administration background.
• Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Good understanding of networking, security and performance tuning.
