HR Operations Associate

About the role

Exide Energy Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic HR Operations Associate to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure smooth HR service delivery in its fast‑growing battery manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations from onboarding to exit.
• Execute onboarding, induction, and documentation processes with precision.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRMS and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes.
• Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve and automate HR processes.
• Assist with audits and ensure documentation readiness.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or related field, or BSc/BE in relevant disciplines.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on HR operations experience.
• Proven experience with HRMS tools, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
