About the role

As a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping, you will act as the custodian of a unique ultra‑luxury heritage property, ensuring every guest sanctuary remains pristine, silent, and sensory‑rich. The role blends meticulous cleaning with heritage preservation to support the property’s “Silent Estate” positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Execute precision cleaning of Signature Heritage Suites, focusing on polished brass fixtures, hammered copper tubs, and vintage wood surfaces.
• Maintain the “Silent” standard by performing all duties with minimal noise, respecting the digital‑detox atmosphere.
• Uphold linen excellence for high‑thread‑count fabrics, ensuring they are crisp, pressed, and scent‑neutral.
• Provide evening turn‑down service, including low‑saturation lighting, copper tub preparation, and placement of heritage‑inspired amenities.
• Care for public glass structures such as the Glass House Conservatory and Crystal Pavilion, keeping them smudge‑free for uninterrupted forest views.
• Use non‑corrosive agents to preserve 100‑year‑old colonial tiles and woodwork.
• Manage linen and supply transport across the car‑free estate using heritage trolleys.
• Monitor and replenish premium “Forest Botanical” amenities and artisanal tea station supplies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury boutique hotel or high‑end heritage property (preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with brass, copper, and vintage finishes.
• Physical fitness to navigate forest terrain and heritage pathways.
