About the role
The Den, a luxury hotel in Bengaluru, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping operations. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that guest rooms, public areas and laundry services meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities across 226 rooms and public spaces.
- Lead, train and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service quality.
- Manage laundry operations, ensuring efficient processing and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Develop, implement and monitor housekeeping policies, procedures and quality‑assurance standards.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
