Ecommerce Cataloguing Executive (SFCC)

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Cataloguing Executive to manage our product catalogue on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The role ensures that all product information is accurate, consistent, and optimised for both digital and retail channels, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end product cataloguing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Create, update and maintain product data including titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, SKUs, images and categorisation.
• Collaborate with merchandising, buying, design and marketing teams to gather product details and ensure cross‑departmental alignment.
• Conduct regular catalog audits to maintain data quality and completeness.
• Upload and sequence product images, applying naming conventions and quality standards.
• Ensure listings comply with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Monitor inventory changes and keep listings up‑to‑date across all sales channels.
• Work with tech and operations teams to resolve catalogue integration or data errors.
• Assist with catalogue migrations and system updates as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in product cataloguing, preferably in fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of product taxonomy, categorisation and metadata management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets and basic image editing tools.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
