DevOps Engineer L2

About the role

Wipro is seeking a Level‑2 DevOps Engineer to partner with application teams and developers. You will drive automation, streamline integration and deployment processes, and ensure smooth CI/CD operations across the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with application and testing teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Plan, build, test, stage, release, configure and monitor applications using the DevOps toolchain.
• Manage IT infrastructure required for supported software components.
• On‑board applications onto DevOps platforms and configure them per client requirements.
• Create and maintain user access workflows following defined processes.
• Customize and engineer DevOps tools based on client specifications.
• Develop scripts and code to integrate releases with operating systems and production environments.
• Automate testing and deployment using appropriate DevOps tools.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within SLA, and follow escalation procedures.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshoot recurring issues.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or related automation roles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development and operations teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good problem‑solving skills.
