Day Concierge (Sat‑Mon) for Gated Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Day Concierge to work Saturday to Monday at a gated residential development in Swiss Cottage. The role combines high‑level customer service with security responsibilities, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security walks and checks throughout the development.
• Hold and manage keys, receive deliveries, and handle parcel and shopping services.
• Greet residents, cover the main reception desk, and manage visitor screening and escort.
• Perform domestic refuse collection rounds and maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Ensure the reception is continuously manned and resident needs are met while upholding security standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel or high‑end residential development.
• Strong team player with a solid work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Well‑presented, polite, friendly demeanour with a proactive, assertive attitude.
• Fluent command of English.
