Contracting Counsel Associate – Legal Support for Procurement

About the role
The Contracting Counsel Associate provides legal support to Accenture's Procurement and Business teams. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing contracts, NDAs and related documents in line with company policies, applicable laws and client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate supplier agreements, NDAs and other sourcing documents.
- Maintain and continuously improve standard contract templates and procedures for complex buyside deals.
- Develop subject‑matter expertise to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with French commercial law.
- Support the creation and standardisation of contract templates across the organisation.
Required profile
- University degree in French law.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, in‑house legal department or legal outsourcing.
- Familiarity with the French legal environment and experience drafting and negotiating supplier agreements for French‑speaking jurisdictions.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle legal terminology.
