Construction Manager/Resident Engineer Cum Building Manager (Dia-Grid & Structural Steel)

About the role

The role involves overseeing the fabrication and erection of structural steel components, including Dia‑Grid members, for large‑scale industrial and commercial projects. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fabrication of steel members at workshop or fabrication yard.
• Supervise erection of Dia‑Grid and other structural steel members on site.
• Control connections (bolting, welding, etc.) to meet drawing specifications.
• Ensure structural safety, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate or graduate degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in construction of IT, IES, industrial, commercial or institutional buildings.
• Experience with at least one high‑rise Dia‑Grid steel structure project.
