Blister Packaging Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Blister Packaging Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating both hard and soft blister packaging machines in a pharmaceutical or medical manufacturing environment. You will ensure that the packaging line runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and handle hard and soft blister packaging machines.
• Ensure smooth running of equipment, perform routine maintenance, and carry out basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor packaging quality and production output to meet targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in blister packaging.
• Experience operating and managing blister packaging machines.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and production handling preferred.
• Background in pharmaceutical or medical manufacturing preferred.
