Assistant / Deputy Manager – Finance & Treasury

About the role

The Finance & Treasury team at Bosch Group in Bengaluru is looking for an Assistant / Deputy Manager to support liquidity management, cash flow forecasting and working‑capital optimisation. The role will contribute to the digital transformation of treasury processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and organise liquidity management processes to maintain adequate cash balances and optimise cash utilisation.
• Obtain, maintain and analyse cash‑flow data to produce accurate forecasts for decision‑making.
• Participate in working‑capital enhancement initiatives, including channel finance and supply‑chain finance solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of automated treasury systems and digital tools.
• Obtain necessary approvals for cash‑management transactions in line with organisational policies.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions and asset‑management companies to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Receive and process treasury data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognised institute.
• 3‑5 years of experience in treasury functions within a large organisation or multinational corporation.
