Architect – Design & Construction Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified architect to lead concept design and produce clear, detailed diagrams using AutoCAD. The successful candidate will manage all phases of project completion, ensuring timely execution through effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of each project.
• Apply engineering, mathematics, science, and material knowledge to develop optimal finished products.
• Conduct site evaluations to verify quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee the construction process, providing recommendations and guidance throughout.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and architectural design.
• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
