Advanced Immigration Analyst (U.S. & Canada)

About the role

EY is seeking an Advanced Immigration Analyst to support U.S. and Canadian immigration projects. You will work with global teams, preparing and managing immigration cases while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the immigration team in preparing U.S. and Canadian immigration cases.
• Learn and apply immigration processing categories and legal requirements for work and permanent resident visas.
• Draft, revise, and finalize complex immigration petition packages, telling each case’s story while meeting legal criteria.
• Maintain organized virtual workspaces, ensuring all documents are properly saved and filed.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency of the immigration group.
• Liaise regularly with support teams across EY’s international network.
• Provide timely reporting to senior staff, track project metrics such as utilization and efficiency, and take ownership of assigned work.

Required profile

• Degree in Law.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Capability to work under pressure with tight timelines and high volumes.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
